Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items returned without approval or items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, clearance sale conditions, or limited-edition releases. Customized or personalized products are also non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product received from our side.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
